What:

Here at Parentfile, we’ve developed something we call the Family Trivia Quiz. It’s such a fun way to find out the most interesting and unique facts about your family, and you’ll be amazed how many of them you never even knew!

Why:

Because so often we don’t even know some of the most fascinating, funny and unique things about our own family. And by simply asking the questions, we unearth things that make each of our families feel unique and special.

How:

It’s so simple, send this email to your family right now, you’re going to be amazed (or at least get a good laugh) at some of the answers you get back!

Send it to your siblings, parents, cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and anyone else in your family.

Do you know any fun facts about our family that make it unique?

How did our family end up in America?*
What are the most unique jobs people in our family have had?
What are the most unique “talents” people in our family have had?
How did our last name come about? Are there any stories to why that is our last name?
If you had to pick an animal or symbol to be our family seal, what do you think it would be?
What is the single best thing (or even just an adjective) about our family that you think makes it special?
If you had to come up with one family trivia question about what makes our family unique, what would the question and answer be?

Save the answers in your Parentfile in My Legacy, Family Treasures.

Make it Ongoing:

Add to your calendar on Thanksgiving and recurring annually, to “Add New Family Treasures Discovered Last Year to My Parentfile.” Thanksgiving is the perfect day to save things as you give thanks for having family (even if sometimes they might frustrate you!).

Functionality Coming in the Future:

Parentfile is currently working on functionality so you can email a link to your family members, they can answer directly on a page that automatically puts it in your Parentfile.
