Capture the Magic & Memories of Each School Year

What:

Here at Parentfile, we’ve developed a fun way to capture the best memories at the end of the school year. It’s so simple and fun and makes sure you capture the magic of that individual school year.

Why:

You’d be amazed how many times another parent in your class has a great picture of your child or a funny story you never even knew about!

How:

Simply send this email to all the other parents in your child’s class as the end of the school year approaches or shortly thereafter:

Hi Everyone,

*I was curious if anyone had any pictures, stories or anything else that they could share from over the past year from our kids at school. I realize often times that others may have a fun picture of funny story about our kids that would be great to know about. Thanks! (Your Name)*

Functionality Coming in the Future:

We are currently developing functionality that enables you to email a link to all the class parents, and then when they upload anything it automatically ends up in your Parentfile for you to accept or delete. In addition, they can use this same upload link throughout the year as they have a new picture, story or anything else to share with class parents (instead of the 20 person text thread!).

Where to Save:

Save them in your Parentfile in My Children, Best Childhood Memories.

Make it Ongoing:

Add to your calendar on June 1st each year (which is about when schools ends each year), and recurring annually, to “Email Class Parents for End of School Year Memories to Add to My Parentfile.”
